Shayna By Design is done entirely online, so you can get designs wherever you are!

Shayna By Design does not facilitate purchases on your behalf. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a comprehensive document containing links to where you can personally make your purchases.

While each project is unique, typically, once we've finalized and sent the agreed-upon design, additional requests cannot be accommodated. However, you're welcome to submit a Random Recs request for assistance with your new project.

In the event that a component of the final design becomes unavailable, discontinued, or is no longer on sale within 2 weeks of the final design delivery, we will promptly seek out a suitable replacement for you. We advise purchasing our recommendations as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee their availability in stock.
